![]() Any thoughts, comments or help would be greatly appreciated. Now that we are in the summer it gets watered about once every 1/1.5 months and is fed every couple of waterings. It stands in a south facing window with perhaps an hour of direct sun and 5-6 hours of indirect/filtered sun per day. Unsure if these things are just because it is a fairly large, older plant. Two small and older stems did die off recently The vast majority of leaves look completely healthy with no yellowing, wilting or dropping.ģ. ![]() A few leaves have slight blemishes or white patches that have appeared. The majority of them stems have no wrinkling at all.Ģ. There is no mushiness or soft patches so I have never been too concerned about them and it hasnt improved or worsened with watering. A couple of the larger stems have a small amount of wrinkling. Since the repotting growth has completely stopped apart from one small new shoot but I put this down to the plants dormancy phase through winter.ġ. With ZZ plants generally needing very little water I have been very wary of this and all through the autumn, winter and spring have been watering it roughly once every two months using a moisture meter each time. Now admittedly I did get a little carried away with the size of the pot and probably went up two pot sizes and it was only after the fact that I did a little more research and realised some of the risks with potting up too big i.e. Hi guys, I'm hoping this is just a peace of mind post for me but I have been getting a little worried about my beloved raven ZZ plant recently.įor a bit of context, I have had this plant for about 4 years and it has always seemed very strong with lots of new growth and very little to no leaves or stems dying off.
